Sources report that at least four people have been killed in a shooting at a high school in Georgia.

 Law enforcement sources report that at least four people are believed to have been killed and around 30 more injured in the shooting at Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia. The exact number of gunshot wounds among the injuries remains unclear.

A suspect, who is of student age, is in custody, though it is not yet confirmed whether the individual is a current student at the school.

In response to the incident, all schools in the district were placed on lockdown, and police were dispatched to every district high school as a precaution. There have been no reports of additional incidents.

Some critically injured individuals were airlifted by helicopter, with additional helicopters standing by.
